Forest Grove Indoor In-Person Worship Service - What to Expect

 

COVID-19 Update

Effective January 2, 2022

As you may have heard, COVID-19 cases are rapidly increasing in our area and within our Forest Grove community, and variants to the virus have diminished the protection provided by the vaccines.  

​

The risk of COVID-19 exposure is inherent in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. 

 

As such, Forest Grove encourages everyone to consider one of our virtual worship options.

We will continue to offer an in-person worship option at this time; however, for those choosing to worship in person, we will strengthen our protocols.  Please remember to:

​

1. Maintain a distance of at least 6 foot from anyone outside of their household, including when entering or leaving the facility and in the parking lot.

2. Wear a properly fitting multiple layer mask (no gaiters) that covers their nose and mouth (N95/KN95 preferred) while on church property.

3. Dress appropriately for a space where windows are open to promote air flow.

4. Sing softly with your mask on.
